MONTHLY SUBJECTS OF JAN'15 ,MINUTES WITH OUR NOTE.

98.Shifting of B.Agraharam sub Office into better building.

Reply. Shifting proposal has been called for from the IP Dharmapuri west sub division
   And reminded on 09.01.2015.

99. Shifting of Bommidi  sub Office into better building

Reply:One offer received from sri.R.Venkatachalam has been forwarded to IP on         
 09.01.2015

Union Note. We record our dissatisfaction in this issue .i.e The Inspectors having time          to Conduct RPLI melas meetings and sending messages but they didn’t have to time to see a better building. They wanted to achive only the target no time to see the staff welfare.

    26/01-2015. Supply of LaserJet Printers.
            It is requested to supply Laser jet Printers  to Panjapalli SO, Kumarasamypet SO and Vennampatty Housing Board SO for taking printout of LOT’s as the offices had already migrated to CBS. Also it             requested to supply the passbook printers and laserjet printers before the offices migrated.
Reply:-All offices are already supplied with passbook printers .Action is being taken to purchase the laser printers locally for the left out offices.(item closed)
Union note:-Comrades we ask about laser printers but they replied about passbook printers. This is an example that how much attention that the administration given  for our monthly subjects. We asked !!!asking!!!! and we will  ask!!!!!! until we get .

27/01-2015. Supply of Pass Book Printers.
                        It is requested to  service the pass book  printer in Nallampalli SO and   Dharmapuri HO for taking printouts of passbook.

Reply:-Service person have been deputed for repairing the printers.(item closed)

Union Note. Still now no service engineers attend the printers.

28/01-2015. Changing of counter  timings in Harur SO.
            The present office timings of Harur SO is 07.00 to 11.00 – 14.00 to 18.00. The counter(point of sale and sanchay post) timings of This office  may be kindly  altered to continuous working hours as  09.00to 17.00 hrs and it will be very useful for public and also it will be  useful for development in business activities.

Reply:-Will be examined .IP/SPMs  report will be called for.

Union Note:- We will wait like shifting of Bommidi and B.agraharam Sub Office report,from the IP.


29/01-2015. Increasing  of RAM speed  to Palacodel LSG SO.
            It is requested to increase the  RAM speed of Palacode LSG  SO server  from 1 GB to 2 GB .

Reply:-Necessary action will be taken.(item closed)

 Union Note:-We discuss this issue in last monthly meeting informally and our SPOs given the permission but not materialized. So we put the subject this month in written. This is also still pending .but item is closed?.

30/01-2015. Providing Shelter to Chowkidar at Head Post Office.
            It is requested to provide a Shelter at the entrance (near by gate) for Chowkidar before rainy season so that he may be there vigilant and secure  while rainy days as well as in winter seasons.

 Reply:-This will be taken up with RO. (item closed)

Union Note:-We will wait until the reply  from  RO.


31/01-2015. Issuing of leave orders.
                        It is requested to issue leave orders to all P3 staffs in our division to know their availability of leave.

Reply:-Being issued.(Item Closed)
Union Note. We hope .We ask the administration in next monthly meeting that The item is closed only after  the subject actually closed.

32/01-2015. Grant of Child Care Leave.
            It is requested that Child Care Leave should be sanctioned and consider  before the official availed no of  CCLs  for the women employees those who are requesting the CCL continuously after their maternity leave.

Reply:-Cases are considered on merit and if staff position permits.(item close)

Union Note: We  ask our SPos to consider the CCL already they availed. Our Spos assured that the officials come and work ,after 10 days our spos will consider the CCL.Let us hope.

33/01-2015. Ten  Years working in the Same Building.
                      In 2014-RT  tenure notification our SPOs shown some the officials names in RT as working in the same building for more than ten years(DPS ORDER). But  the orders are not materialized .So kindly shown their names in the RT-2015 notification.

Union Note:As per guidelines issued in RT 2015,notification is issued.(Item closed)

                        It is requested kindly to change the under mentioned SO’s working hours as continuous working Offices from 0900 HRS to 1700 HRS.

Pauparapatti-Concurrence of TNSTC called for.

Union Note. At present Morapur timing changed to 09 .00 to 17.00 hrs. For other offices
We will wait for the TNSTC report. Our union ask Laligam and Kambainallore SPM To write request letter to divisional office.


 35/01-2015.Office allotment of SAs.

               Kindly issue orders of office allotment to SAs .This will help our  SPMs to whom they contact for technical problems and  settle their issues as well as to  reduce work load of DSM.

Reply:-Due to administrative convenience ,the SAs are directed by DO.(item closed)

Union note:-We explain the difficulties without office allotment of SAs .Our SPOs agree to issue office allotment soon.

   Dear comrades,

                      What we are going to do. The Union is ready to do welfare of the staff. But we want staff co-operation. Kindly give your presence in EC meeting because in that meeting only we took important decisions. Each and every member have rights to ask question to the Secretary about their issues and it is my duty to answer that.I am not able to run the union as a single person . Union is the valuable asset for all individual members. Voting and electing itself not only duty of the members  share your problems give your feedback and take part in the union activities.
