     Sub:Subjects for bi-monthly meeting with the PMG, WR to be held on 09.03.2016 - Reg.

The under mentioned item of subjects are proposed to be taken up for discussions with the PMG, WR during the ensuing bi-monthly meeting. The same may kindly be entertained.

The old items pending unsettled may kindly be added with the new subjects.

New Items:-     

1.  Request for implementing the orders of the Directorate in No.27-46/2015-PO dt.7.1.2016 instructing to follow the Business Hours in Post Offices on week days and Saturdays as per Clause 5 of P.O. Guide Part I, which is statutory on this matter.

2.   Request to implement the orders of the Directorate (Technology Division) vide their No. 46-12/2016-Tech. dt. 5.2.2016 to increase the Bandwidth in CBS/CIS P.O.s to the next level immediately, since the  network connectivity is very poor in major offices, either with 128 Kbps or 256 Kbps. This resulting in abnormal delay to carry out the transactions and receiving brick bats from the customers at the counters.

3.     Request to provide adequate infrastructure to the offices under Western Region, and to provide better amenities for the good working atmosphere and better customer services. For eg.

a) Three printers at Udagamandalam HO are under disrepairs/lost their lives, requires immediate replacement.

b) Supply of battery to UPS required to Olagadam SO/Erode dn. and the Genset provided there is beyond repairable condition.

c)  The batteries provided at Harur S.O., Kambainallore S.O., Paupparapatti S.O. and Pennagaram S.O. under Dharmapuri Division are in a condemned position , requires immediate replacement.

d) Laser Printer at Tirupur North PO is in condemned position requires replacement.

e) Supply of new batteries required for 31 out of 61 offices in Salem West Dn.

f) Renovation of Gents toilet at  Udhagamandalam HO which is found unhygienic.

The under mentioned office bearers will be attending  the meeting.  Necessary arrangements may kindly be made for granting special CL and relief to them.

MEMORANDUM TO OUR SPOS TO CONDUCT MONTHLY MEETING

மாநில அளவிலான NFPE GDS ஊழியர் கருத்தரங்கம்

AIPEU GDS NFPE  சங்கத்தின் மாநில அளவிலான சிறப்புக் கருத்தரங்கம் எதிர்வரும் 28.02.2016 அன்று திருச்சி ரயில்வே ஜங்ஷன்  பார்சல் ஆபீஸ் எதிரில் உள்ள SRMU  சங்கக் கூட்ட அரங்கில்  காலை 09.00 மணி தொடங்கி முழு நாள் நிகழ்வாக நடைபெற உள்ளது.  

இதில்  முக்கிய தலைவர்களான தோழர். M . கிருஷ்ணன்,  தோழர். K . ராகவேந்திரன், தோழர். K .V . ஸ்ரீதரன் , தோழர். R .N . பராசர் , தோழர். P . பாண்டுரங்கராவ்  உள்ளிட்டோர் கலந்துகொண்டு கருத்துரையாற்றிட உள்ளார்கள். GDS  ஊழியர்களுக்கான கமலேஷ் சந்திரா தலைமையிலான ஊதியக்குழுவுக்கு நாம் அளிக்க வேண்டிய கோரிக்கை மனு குறித்தும், பிப்ரவரி இறுதி வாரத்தில் அறிவிக்கப்பட உள்ள  GDS  ஊழியர் சங்கங்களுக்கான  உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பில்  நம்முடைய  AIPEU GDS  NFPE சங்கத்தை முதன்மை சங்கமாக ஆக்கிடுவது குறித்தும்  விரிவான விவாதம் நடைபெற உள்ளது. 

எனவே  NFPE சம்மேளனத்தின் உறுப்பு சங்கங்களின் அனைத்து கோட்ட / கிளைச் செயலர்களும் தவறாது  இந்த  கருத்தரங்க மாநாட்டில் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பு சேர்க்க வேண்டுகிறோம். தங்கள் பகுதியில் இருந்து GDS  தோழர்களை பெருமளவில் கலந்துகொண்டிட  முழு முயற்சி எடுத்திட வேண்டுகிறோம்.  

அஞ்சல் மூன்று மாநிலச் சங்க  நிர்வாகிகள்/கோட்ட/ கிளைச் செயலர்கள்,  தங்கள் மண்டலங்களில்  இதற்கான  ஏற்பாடுகளை தீவிரப்படுத்த, அஞ்சல் மூன்று மாநிலச் சங்கம் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது. மத்திய மண்டலத்தில் உள்ள  அஞ்சல் மூன்று மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகள், GDS மாநிலச் சங்கத்துடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்றி கருத்தரங்க நிகழ்வு சிறந்திட தங்களின் முழு உழைப்பையும்   நல்கிட வேண்டுகிறோம்.

EC MEETING OF OUR AIPEU P3 HELD AT DHARMAPURI HO

Dear comrades,

                         EC Meeting of our AIPEU P3 held at Dharmapuri HO on 14/02/2016.First of all, Our EC Body convey our  heartfull  thanks to our Circle Secretary Shri.J.Ramamoorthy  for his tremendous efforts for giving pressure to all sides of Administration for supplying of new systems.This is one more achievement of our

Circle Union and a lot of achievements is yet going to be there by our Circle Secretary Shri.J.Ramamoorthy .Our Division received 12 nos of new systems to A Class offices.viz.Nallampalli -2,Pauparapatti-2 Pennagaram-2 Morappur -2 Papiredipatti-2 Harur -1 and Palacode -1.We convey our sincere thanks to our Divisional Administration for supplying of new system to Harur and Palacode.  

                       Many of our Women Comrades participated in this EC Meeting .We expect this co -operation in future also.Our EC body appreciate our System Administrators for their hard work in migration work in short time duration.Many of members are reporting about their hardware problems.In this EC we decided that we will give one memorandum to our divisional administration to settle the issues or otherwise agitation program or hunger fast will be conducted. We assure  that  we are taking maximum efforts to post the officials based on their willingness in upcoming RT .

Dear comrades,

                         Our Division pro long pending, over tenure issue comes to an end.Yes, as the assurance given to our circle Union by our Regional Administration now carried over by our divisional administration .This is my duty to clarify that this is not to revenge the officials those who are working in the Divisional office.This is the responsibility of the Secretary to look out the administration to  follow the RT guidelines and to give the opportunity to all the willing officials to work in divisional office.

                     Our divisional Union convey our heart full thanks to our Circle Secretary for his continuous efforts and fight with our Regional Administration.This is remarkable victory for our circle Union.

THE HISTORICAL EVENT OF OUR DIVISION

Dear comrades,

                        The retirement function of our SPOs happened as a historical event. Though we had many hurdles we done this function in smooth and joyful manner. Many of the comrades from various places from our division were participated till the end of the function.We thank our chief guest Shri.N.R.Sathyamoorthi, Shri.T V Sundaram, Shri.R.Karunkannan our ASPOs IPs and all comrades those who are participated in this function.We convey our regards to all my Team members and my union colleagues  Shri.P.Manivannan, Shri.S.Vijayan, Shri.Mohamed Ismail, Shri. Manoharan and Rajendran (Narthampattti). Also a special applause and heartful thanks to the function panel members and volunteers who came forward to make this event stunning
