are found to be ruined.

Memo of Distribution of Work (MS-11)
As
there are a lot of changes in the nature of the duties of the officials in the
present scenario, it is requested to order Postmaster to prepare Revised Memo
of Distribution of Work so that the work can be shared equally among the staff.
And also it is requested to order the Postmaster to share the duties evenly in
case of shortage of staff while doing temporary changes.

trainees should report at Amritha Hr Sec.
School, Tirupattur – 635601 at
0930 hours/ 1330 hours on the date of training without fail. The School situated on the Tirupattur to
krishnagiri road near fly over bridge. The officials may get down at TNHB Bus
Stopping to reach the venue.
The Officials will be treated as on duty under Rule FR 9
and will be entitled to TA/DA as on tour.
