01. De-quarterisation of offices unfit for dwelling.
The Offices which are not having adequate accommodation and amenities to dwell should be de quarterised to leave the staff to live as per their ethics. This is not only to safeguard the family of our staff at least to dwell with basic amenities and on very basic ideas of caring grounds. There is no emergence for natural calls in most of the offices. The powers of de-quarterisation should be empowered to Divisional Heads so it may be easy to do so.Also it is necessary to make steps to insure the Post Office assets such as Computers and its peripherals, Generators and available electronic equipment’s and others in all level offices so that de-quarterisation procedure will be in benign method and relaxed to do so.
02. Bearing in mind of Manpower before hosting Innovative Products.
Before hosting any innovative products the manpower and operational system should be measured. For example Post Shoppe. The admin has failed to clarify allied manpower to Post Shoppe as well as for Operating and Accounting Procedure.
03. Establishment in Divisional Offices.
There are no separate norms for BD Tech, System Administrators, and Marketing Executives and the above post are recently formed due to present development of department and comes under Divisional Office establishment.The above posts are manned by existing establishment of PA Cadre. The establishment of Divisional Office should be revised so that the real establishment will be exist in Divisional office without exploiting any manpower in the name of deputation.
04. Targets for Offices including CBS Offices.
Un accurate targets are fixed now a days to the employees who are working in the Sub Offices and predominantly the targets fixed to the CBS Offices are to be wiped out instantaneously who are very difficult to complete their day to day work since the net connectivity availability seems to be non-reliability.
05. Providing New Software to calculate speed of NSP 1 & NSP 2.
A New Software should be provided to all level Offices for Sify to know whether Broadband is working in NSP 1or NSP 2 and the download speed also to be generated and in case of down in Sify Network (NSP 1 or NSP 2) automatic mail should be generated and intimation sent to Divisional Head.
06. Preparation of New Statistics.
New Statistics should be taken for the new scenario for CBS and McCamish. CBS is not like Sanchay Post. (i)In CBS the account no’s contains 10 digits. (ii) For Opening every account CIF should be created and it contains more no of columns (iii) For every transaction ID should be noted and in C Class Offices it should be verified by a single hand. The above points should be kept in mind while taking revising Statistics.
07. Manpower to Central Processing Center.
New Manpower should be employed in CPC ’s which are newly created and the establishment formerly found in Circle Offices as well as in Regional Offices in PLI and RPLI Branch should be dispersed instantly to CPC ’s functioning in Head Post Offices.
