நம் முன்னாள் பொதுச் செயலர்  

தோழர்  KVS  அவர்களின் கனவுத்  திட்டம் ! 

8 ஆண்டுகள்  தொடர் போராட்டங்கள் !

தொடர்ந்த இயக்கங்கள் , பல் நிலைப் பேச்சு வார்த்தைகள் 

  ஏழாவது  ஊதியக் குழு பரிந்துரை  ஏற்பதற்கு  முன்னர்  

வருமா ?  வராதா ? என்று  பலர் ஏங்கிட ,  

இதனால் ஊதியக் குழு பரிந்துரையில்  

பலன் உண்டா ? இல்லையா ?

என்று தொடர்ந்த விவாதங்களுடன் ,

சிலர்   தலைவர்களை  தொடர்ந்து விமரிசிக்க,

பலர்  அரசாங்கத்தை திட்டித் தீர்க்க , 

எல்லோருக்கும்  பதில் சொல்லும்  வண்ணம் 

 இன்று உத்திரவாக வந்தது ! 

இதன் மேல் இனி வரம்புக்குள்ளான  மாற்றங்கள்  கோரலாம் !

பல வாதங்கள் ! பிரதி வாதங்கள்  தோன்றலாம் !

மேலும்  செழுமை பெறலாம் !

எது எப்படியோ , பதவி உயர்வுக்காக 

இனி  35 ஆண்டுகள்  காக்க வேண்டியது  இல்லை !

இளைய   தோழர்கள் கூட  இனி  பதவி  உயர்வு  பெறலாம் !

POSTING  , TRANSFER  பிரச்சினையும்  கூடவே  தொடரலாம்  !

எது  எப்படி எனினும்  ஒரு மாற்றத்தில்தானே  

மேலும் பல முன்னேற்றங்கள் ! 

பதவி உயர்வு வாய்ப்பே  இல்லாத  துறையில் 

ஏராளமான   பதவி  உயர்வுகள் !  

இது  தோழர். KVS அவர்கள்  தொடங்கிய 

கனவுத் திட்டம் ! இன்று  நனவானது !

The following Subjects may kindly be taken up for discussion in upcoming monthly meeting with Unsettled Long-standing old subjects.

NEW SUBJECTS:

      102/05-2016. Issuing of leave orders.

                        It is requested to issue leave orders to all P3 staffs in our division to know their availability of leave.

103/05-2016. Providing Canteen at Head Post Office.

            It is requested to provide a Canteen nearby compound wall (in front) for the employees as well as public that they can have foodstuff at reasonable prices so that which will be very beneficial for the employees and because of providing canteen nearby compound wall the existing encroachment by the vehicles in front of it will be wiped out and the place which appears unpleasant at this instant will turn out to be flawless because of this.
 104/05-2016. Providing Queue Manager at HO

            It is requested to provide a Queue manager at Dharmapuri HO before MPCM as well as all other counters to avoid huge number of customers standing in front of the counter.

105/05-2016. Proposals to be taken for changing Systems in ‘B’ Class Offices

It is highly requested to take proposals to Regional Office for replacing the available systems to Hi-level configured systems in Class B Offices also for speedy process.

106/05-2016. Supply of Computer Chairs

            It is requested to afford computer chairs to all ‘C’ Class Offices. Still from the beginning no Computer Table & Computer Chair has been provided to such offices.

107/05-2016. Union Office at Divisional Level

            One extent (Room) may be kindly be allocated at Dharmapuri HO for the execution of Union at Divisional level so as to facilitate our services to our union members in a right way.

108/05-2016. Repairing Air Condition at Server Room

            It is requested to repair air condition at server room which is not working for the past three months and which is very needy for the server which should be maintained for 24 X 7 Hours.

109/05-2016. Changing Office Working Hours

                        It is requested kindly to change the under mentioned SOs working hours as to sustain our Office timings consistentlyand the timings will easily reach public for the retrieving the entire services of our department.

The Salient features of the cadre restructre proposal

1. Number of LSG posts will increase from 8 % to 22 %

2. Number of HSG II posts will increase from 2 % to 12 %

3. Number of HSG I posts will increase from 1.5 % to 4 %

4. After completion of 2 years in HSG I the official will be promoted to 4800 GP (Non-functional Basis)

5. The above proposal will be applicable to RMS, Circle Office and SBCO in the same ratio

6. Postman/Mail guard will get the same ratio of promotion.

1. The Post of SPM in Single and Double Handed Post offices will be placed under 2800/- Grade Pay ie All LSG and I MACP officials would man the offices.

2. The Post of SPM in Triple Handed and LSG Post offices will be placed under 4200/- Grade Pay ie All present HSG II / MACP II officials would man the offices and Posts.

3. The Post of HSG I and HSG II would be merged and placed under Grade Pay of 4600/- and be granted 4800/- on non functional basis after 4 Years.

4. The Post of Existing Postmaster Cadre officials will be modified in light of the same on approval of the Cadre Restructuring...

The Present Postmaster Grade -I Offices are likely to be placed under the Grade Pay of 4200/- 

The Grade I Posts are likely to get ungraded to Grade II , creating wide opportunity for the Postmaster Cadre Official to get promoted to Grade II and Placed within the same division.

The Present Grade II offices are likely to be placed under 4600/- Grade Pay creating more number of offices for HSG I and II officials.

The Norms of the Postmaster Grade III Offices would be modified so as to identify 1/3rd of the merged HSG I and II for Postmaster Grade III.
