The Rotational transfer is due to be issued
shortly for the year 2016. The
particulars of the officials who have completed tenure during the year 2016 and
the particulars of the vacant posts available in each office are furnished in
the enclosed lists. The following instructions are furnished for the
information of the officials.
1. The Post of T/S SPMs will be
filled up based on RT norms and seniority/ suitability of the officials. If there is no volunteer for the post of time
scale SPM, the post will be filled up by the suitable officials in the interest
of service .
2. Preference will be given to
those tenure completed officials when compared to other requests. Economic measure (involvement of CTG/TA/DA
etc) will be taken into account. Therefore, the officials should specifically
mention in their request letter whether the transfer applied for is with TA/TP
or without TA/TP.

As per the Directorate/s orders vide letter no.8-4/2005-Inv dated 22/09/2005,
12.01.2012 and 05.12.2012, the powers vested with the Chief PMG/ Regional PMG
in respect of single handed and double handed post offices to consider an
official, who had earlier served in the single/ double handed post offices to
be posted back to the same office or other single and double handed office in
the division, will henceforth be exercised by the Divisional head. However, no
official will be posted back to the same single handed/ double handed post
offices on transfer/ deputation or otherwise before a break of full tenure
period.

The officials who have completed tenure should submit request for a minimum of
3 (Three) places of their choice in the order of preference to have a wider
consideration. It should be presumed that once the preference are given ,the
official is willing for any of these preferences. Any request after the due
date will not be entertained. If no
requests is received from any official, it will be presumed that there is no
request and they will be posted to the
needy offices any where in the division.

The officials requesting extension of tenure
should also submit their request
indicating 3 places of choice for
Rotational Transfer 2016. This has to be
furnished invariably to meet the situation, if extension of tenure is not
considered for any reason.
6. In view of acute shortage of staff, the requests for
extension of tenure will be considered for recommendation based on the merits
and in the interest of service . However,
the officials who apply for extension of tenure may submit their requests to
this office on or before 19.02.2016. The requests for extension of tenure
received after 19.02.2016 will not be
considered and it will be rejected.

The Post of OA, Divisional Office will
be filled up only from among suitable officials with good record of service and computer
knowledge as required.
8.
The officials should submit their request letter indicating minimum three
choice of posts in the order of
preference through the head of the office so as to reach this office on or before 19.02.2016. They should specifically mention in their
request letter whether the request is for the post of SPM/PA/OA with the name
of office in the order of preference. The details of performance made in
their office like SB/RD/RPLI etc to be furnished in their request. Those
who have already submitted their request should also apply afresh.
9. This is only an enquiry and not
an offer. This will not confer on them
any right/claim for being considered/ posted to a particular post or office for
which they put forth their requests.
Request transfer will be entertained only to the extent possible and
subject to administrative / Operative reasons and in the interest of service.
10. The following lists are furnished in
Annexure I,II, III & IV for the information of the officials.
(a) Particulars of the officials who have
completed tenure during the year 2016
and the posts likely to be vacant in
Annexure-I.
(b) Particulars of Posts falling vacant in
RT 2016 in Annexure II
(c) Particulars of posts which are already
vacant in Annexure III
(d) Particulars of posts which are not likely to be filled up in
RT 2016 taking into account
the shortage of staff in Annexure IV
