Sub: Sify  Broadband connection Problem in Buddiredipatti SO-reg

           This is regarding Sify network problem in Buddireddipatti S.O. This office was migrated to CBS on 01.12.2014. Before the migration itself there is no proper broadband connectivity. Even after 5 months the problem is not yet settled. The SPM Buddiredipatti is very much suffered due to this problem and having mental agony . Every week at least 3 to 4 days he has to complete the day’s transaction at Head office and the EOD at 9 pm only. Particularly after 3.00 pm the broad band connectivity becomes unget. The Branch office bags are received only after 03.00 PM. Hence the SPM is facing much difficult to complete the transaction within the time. There is also tower problem in BSNL connection in this area. The SA of this office has also given his report on this. This was already brought to the notice of the SPOs in the month of February.

          Hence, It is requested to kindly look into the matter and to set right the issue by taken up with higher up for speed up the broad band connection for smooth functioning of the office
