Union Note. We record our dissatisfaction in this issue .i.e The Inspectors having time          to Conduct RPLI melas meetings and sending messages but they didn’t have to time to see a better building. They wanted to achive only the target no time to see the staff welfare.

    26/01-2015. Supply of LaserJet Printers.

            It is requested to supply Laser jet Printers  to Panjapalli SO, Kumarasamypet SO and Vennampatty Housing Board SO for taking printout of LOT’s as the offices had already migrated to CBS. Also it             requested to supply the passbook printers and laserjet printers before the offices migrated.

Reply:-All offices are already supplied with passbook printers .Action is being taken to purchase the laser printers locally for the left out offices.(item closed)

Union note:-Comrades we ask about laser printers but they replied about passbook printers. This is an example that how much attention that the administration given  for our monthly subjects. We asked !!!asking!!!! and we will  ask!!!!!! until we get .

27/01-2015. Supply of Pass Book Printers.

                        It is requested to  service the pass book  printer in Nallampalli SO and   Dharmapuri HO for taking printouts of passbook.

Reply:-Service person have been deputed for repairing the printers.(item closed)

Union Note. Still now no service engineers attend the printers.

28/01-2015. Changing of counter  timings in Harur SO.

            The present office timings of Harur SO is 07.00 to 11.00 – 14.00 to 18.00. The counter(point of sale and sanchay post) timings of This office  may be kindly  altered to continuous working hours as  09.00to 17.00 hrs and it will be very useful for public and also it will be  useful for development in business activities.

Reply:-Will be examined .IP/SPMs  report will be called for.

Union Note:- We will wait like shifting of Bommidi and B.agraharam Sub Office report,from the IP.

29/01-2015. Increasing  of RAM speed  to Palacodel LSG SO.

            It is requested to increase the  RAM speed of Palacode LSG  SO server  from 1 GB to 2 GB .

Reply:-Necessary action will be taken.(item closed)

 Union Note:-We discuss this issue in last monthly meeting informally and our SPOs given the permission but not materialized. So we put the subject this month in written. This is also still pending .but item is closed?.

30/01-2015. Providing Shelter to Chowkidar at Head Post Office.

            It is requested to provide a Shelter at the entrance (near by gate) for Chowkidar before rainy season so that he may be there vigilant and secure  while rainy days as well as in winter seasons.

 Reply:-This will be taken up with RO. (item closed)

31/01-2015. Issuing of leave orders.

                        It is requested to issue leave orders to all P3 staffs in our division to know their availability of leave.

Reply:-Being issued.(Item Closed)

Union Note. We hope .We ask the administration in next monthly meeting that The item is closed only after  the subject actually closed.

32/01-2015. Grant of Child Care Leave.

            It is requested that Child Care Leave should be sanctioned and consider  before the official availed no of  CCLs  for the women employees those who are requesting the CCL continuously after their maternity leave.

Reply:-Cases are considered on merit and if staff position permits.(item close)

Union Note: We  ask our SPos to consider the CCL already they availed. Our Spos assured that the officials come and work ,after 10 days our spos will consider the CCL.Let us hope.

33/01-2015. Ten  Years working in the Same Building.

                      In 2014-RT  tenure notification our SPOs shown some the officials names in RT as working in the same building for more than ten years(DPS ORDER). But  the orders are not materialized .So kindly shown their names in the RT-2015 notification.

 35/01-2015.Office allotment of SAs.

               Kindly issue orders of office allotment to SAs .This will help our  SPMs to whom they contact for technical problems and  settle their issues as well as to  reduce work load of DSM.

Reply:-Due to administrative convenience ,the SAs are directed by DO.(item closed)

Union note:-We explain the difficulties without office allotment of SAs .Our SPOs agree to issue office allotment soon.

   Dear comrades,

                      What we are going to do. The Union is ready to do welfare of the staff. But we want staff co-operation. Kindly give your presence in EC meeting because in that meeting only we took important decisions. Each and every member have rights to ask question to the Secretary about their issues and it is my duty to answer that.I am not able to run the union as a single person . Union is the valuable asset for all individual members. Voting and electing itself not only duty of the members  share your problems give your feedback and take part in the union activities.

UNITY IS STRENGTH AND OUR UNION IS STRONG.

அன்புத் தோழர்களே ! வணக்கம்  !  நேற்று புது டெல்லியில் நடைபெற்ற 40 அம்சக் கோரிக்கைகளின் மீதான, வேலை நிறுத்தம் தொடர்பான  பேச்சு வார்த்தையின்  முக்கிய கோரிக்கைகளின்  மீது தீர்வு ஏற்படாததால்  வேலை நிறுத்த தயாரிப்பு வேலைகளை  தொடரவேண்டும் என்று முடிவு எடுக்கப்பட்டதாக JCA  அறிவித்துள்ளது  . இது குறித்து  நம்முடைய   சம்மேளன  மற்றும் மத்திய சங்க வலைத்தளங்களில் அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இருந்த போதிலும் சில கோரிக்கைகளில் , குறிப்பாக தமிழக அஞ்சல் மூன்று  மூலம்   நம்முடைய  பொதுச் செயலருக்கு பேசிட  கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்ட கோரிக்கைகளில்  முன்னேற்றம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதாக நம்முடைய பொதுச் செயலர்  தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.  நம்முடைய மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் மூலம்  மாநில நிர்வாகத்திடம் இது குறித்து இன்று  தொடர்பு கொண்டு  பேசினோம் . அதன் மீது  தற்போதைய  நிலையை  கீழே  உங்களுக்கு அளிக்கிறோம்.

1. 641 நேரடி எழுத்தர்  மற்றும் 265 LGO  TO P .A .  மற்றும் 254 RESIDUAL  VACANCIES தேர்வு முடிவுகள் :-

தேர்வு முடிவுகள் அனுப்பப் பட்ட 17 அஞ்சல் வட்டங்களில் 16 இல் முடிவுகள்   ஏற்கனவே அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன  தமிழ்நாடு வட்டத்தில் மட்டும் RESERVATION  RELAXATION  குறித்து  சில விளக்கங்கள் கேட்டு DIRECTORATE  க்கு அனுப்பப் பட்டுள்ளதாகவும்  பதில் வந்த அன்றைய தினமே முடிவுகள் வெளியிடப்படும் என்று  தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.  இது குறித்து இலாக்கா முதல்வர், தேர்வு முடிவுகளை  உடன் வெளியிட  ஏற்பாடு செய்வதாக உறுதியளித்துள்ளார்.  

நம்முடைய சங்கத்தின் மூலம்  DTE  இல் இன்று இது குறித்து DDG அளவில் பேசியதில், இன்று மாலையே  உரிய விளக்கம்   CPMG  அவர்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்படும் என்று  உறுதியளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே  எழுத்தர்  தொடர்பான தேர்வு முடிவுகள்  அனைத்தும்  அடுத்த வாரத்தில்  வெளியாகும் என்று   உறுதியாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.  நம்முடைய மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் மூலம்  CPMG  அவர்களிடம்   திங்கள் அன்று  இது குறித்து  நிச்சயம் மீண்டும் வலியுறுத்துவோம்.

மேலும் எழுத்தர் நேரடி தேர்வில்  கடந்த  ஆண்டு 40 % பதவிகள்  நிரப்பப் படாமல் போனது  குறித்து  நம்முடைய மாநிலச் சங்கத்தில் இருந்து முன்னாள் பொதுச் செயலர் தோழர். கிருஷ்ணன் மூலம்  ஏற்கனவே  DG அளவில்  எடுத்துச் சென்று பேசியதும்  கடிதம் அளித்ததும் உங்களுக்கு  நினைவிருக்கும்.  

அதனடிப்படையில் உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு ,தற்போது  இந்த ஆண்டு  அனைத்து காலியிடங்களும்  விடுபடாமல் நிரப்பப்படும் என்றும் , FIRST  LIST  இல்  எவரும் பணியில் சேரவில்லை என்றால்  SURPLUS  LIST  மூலம் நிரப்பிட ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது எனவும் DDG  உறுதியளித் துள்ளார். 

மேலும் அடுத்த ஆண்டு (2015) தேர்வு முறையில்  தாமதம் தவிர்த்திட தேர்வுகள் BATCH  அடிப்படையில் ONLINE  இல்  நடைபெறும் என்றும், ஒவ்வொரு BATCH  களுக்கும் தனித்தனியே  QUESTIONS  அமைக்கப்படும் என்றும்  COMPUTER  ABILITY  TEST  தனியே  நடத்தப்படாமல் சேர்த்தே நடத்தப்படும் என்றும்  இதன் மூலம் காலதாமதம்  தவிர்க்கப்பட்டு, அனைத்து BATCH  தேர்வுகள் முடிந்தவுடன் , ONLINE  என்பதால்  உடனே அந்தந்த  மாநிலங்களுக்கு தேர்வுமுடிவுகள் அனுப்பப்படும் என்றும்   தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

2. LSG  பதவி உயர்வு  தமிழகத்தில் அளிக்கப் படாதது குறித்து :-

ஏற்கனவே நமது CPMG  அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்து, நீதிமன்ற வழக்குகள் நிலுவையில் இருக்கும்போது பதவிகள்  நிரப்பிடுவது குறித்தும் , DCCS  அல்லது CONFIRMATION  முறையில் எது APPLY  செய்யப் படவேண்டும் என்பது குறித்தும்  DTE க்கு  விளக்கம் கேட்டு பலமுறை எழுதியும் பதில் வரவில்லை என்றும்   தெரிவித்திருந்தார்கள்.  இதுகுறித்து  DG அவர்களி டம் பேசியதில்,  உடன் இந்தப் பிரச்சினை தீர்க்கப்படும் என்றும்  அடுத்த வாரத்தில் உரிய விளக்க ஆணை வழங்கப்படும் என்றும்  உறுதியளிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது . 

மேலும்  அதற்குரிய SECTION  OFFICER இடம் சென்றும் நம்முடைய பொதுச் செயலர் பேசி உடன் அந்தக் கோப்பினை  உரிய அதிகாரிக்கு அனுப்பிட ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார்.  இது குறித்து நம்முடைய CPMG அலுவலகத்தில் நாம்  தெரிவித்தோம்.  அதற்கு அவர்கள் " LSG  LIST  COMPILE  செய்து  READY  யாக உள்ளதாகவும் , உரிய விளக்க ஆணை வந்த வாரத்திலேயே  LSG  LIST  வெளியிடப்படும்" என்றும்  உறுதி அளித்துள்ளார்கள். இது குறித்தும்  திங்களன்று CPMG  அவர்களிடம் மீண்டும்  வலியுறுத்துவோம்.

மேலும் தற்போது வந்துள்ள  புதிய  விதிகளின்படி எதிர்வரும் 31.3.2016 வரையுள்ள  FINANCIAL  YEAR VACANCY  எதிர்வரும்  NOTIFICATION  இல் சேர்க்கப்படவேண்டும் என்பதால்  LSG  பதவி உயர்வு மூலம் காலியாகும் அனைத்து  எழுத்தர் பதவிகளும்  இந்த ஆண்டு காலி இட  அறிவிப்பில் சேர்த்திட  நிச்சயம் மாநிலச் சங்கம் முயற்சி எடுக்கும் என்றும் அதில்  வெற்றியும் பெறும் என்பதையும்   உங்களுக்கு  அறிவிக் கிறோம். இதன் மூலம் மாநில அளவில்  SHORTAGE  பிரச்சினை  வெகுவாக தீர்க்கப்படும். 

இந்த செய்திகளுக்கும் நம்முடைய போராட்ட அறிவிப்புகளுக்கும் தொடர்பு கிடையாது. மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் தொடர் செயல்பாடுகள்  மற்றும் அதன் பலனாக கிடைக்கும் முன்னேற்றங்கள் குறித்த செய்தியே இது.

வேலை நிறுத்தம் உள்ளிட்ட மூன்று கட்ட  போராட்ட அறிவிப்பு    தலைவர் களின் ஆலோசனையையும் மற்றைய  மாநிலச் செயலர்களுடன்  கலந்துகொண்டதன் பேரிலும்  திங்களன்று  வெளியிட முடிவெடுக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது.

            I hereby enclose the details of the Sanctioned Strength of OA’s in Division wise in Coimbatore Region, Sanctioned strength of Divisional Office and Sanctioned strength of Head Post Offices which were seek under RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005. Also it was obtained through the RTI the details of Staff existing in Division, Staff working in HOs and Staff working in Divisional Office together with Deputation.

            It is ascertained from the above data’s that some of the staffs are working constantly in Divisional Office which is against departmental rules. 02 Staffs are working for more than 20 years i.e for 24 Years in investigation branch which one is sensitive branch in addition there is a room to vengeance a particular  official and the other person is working as Steno, Building branches continuously .

           This subject should be taken to The PMG of Western Region through our Regional Secretary  and we particularly requested to our Divisional administration  to show them in RT 2015 notification. Though ,these branches could be managed by some other person ,these branches are continuously manned by the same person for more than 24 years. Even in newly bifurcated Krishnagiri division also these branches are being manned by new persons when it possible in Krishnagiri division then why not in Dharmapuri division    and also  some staff will be going to work in the branches after their retirement.

 In addition that the sanctioned strength of the divisional office is only 7 but in our division the administration keep excess strength(10 OAs) in divisional office. But comparing to other division no division keep excess staffs so kindly took steps to reduce the strength to actual sanctioned strength.

            Kindly look into the issue and take their names in this RT-2015
