Sub: Monthly subjects for Jun’16 – Reg.

The following Subjects may kindly be taken up for discussion in upcoming monthly meeting.

NEW SUBJECTS:

      110/06-2016. Supplying of Computer Chairs to Harur SO

            It is requested to provide 02 computer chairs to Harur SO. It is also requested to give permission to repair the chairs which are in bad condition.

111/06-2016. Dequarterisation of offices unfit for residence.

            Pennagaram SO and Nallampalli SO are not having adequatespace for living in the quarters.  The space existing for the office also not having adequate space. So most of the records are kept in the quarter’s area. Also there are no separate restrooms available for office and quarter’s which is very basic for natural calls. Kindly is requested to dequarterise the above said offices on humanitarian grounds.

112/06-2016. Wiping of the Vehicles in front of Compound Wall.

            It is requested to wipe the existing encroachment by the vehicles in front of the HO Compound Wall which appears horriblenear ATM as well as in front of HO as this HO belongs to Project Arrow Office.

113/06-2016.HO Staff Strength

 It is highly requested to avoid deputation from HO as the Staff Strength of HO is already shortage and it results in high risk to distribute the staff in all branches while arranging for deputation and causes delay in sending the returns from time to time.

114/06-2016. Separate Supervisor for CPC

            It is requested to depute the post of APM (SB) as CPC Manager as the CPC nowadays having a lot of work load which cannot be supervise by APM Accounts already suffering with heavy work load. Also it is requested to post another PA in CPC to avoid delay in work.

115/06-2016. Verification of SB Balance by Sub Divisions at HO

            It is requested to avoid the Verification of SB Balance by Sub Divisions at HO Unit as the balance available will be the same at SO as well as HO and it can be checked at SO level itself by the Sub Divisions. Also it is requested to avoid asking balances regarding Cent percent verification at HO level as the balances are already available at SO level itself in the present scenario.

116/06-2016. Supply of Printer.

            It is requested to supply 01 Dot Matrix Printer to Harur SO as the existing printers are found to be ruined.
