AMC FOR SERVERS AND PCs WITH HCL

Dear comrades,
                         Our department has entered into Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) with HCL for Servers and PCs (not printers) in Western region .The AMC will be in effect for the period from 21.9.2015 to 20.9.2016.

                        

                  A Resident Engineer from M/s HCL Services Ltd is stationed at O/o Postmaster General, Western Region, TN Circle, Coimbatore 641002. The Divisions may lodge the service calls from various offices by email to pmg.hclhelpdesk@gmail.com in the proforma prescribed herewith in Annexure. The date and time of receipt of the email will be taken as call lodging time by the PO and the due time for closure of calls will be calculated accordingly. In case of network issue at the PO concerned, the calls may be lodged from the Divisional Offices concerned.
