BI MONTHLY MEETING WITH THE PMG, WR HELD ON 09.07.2015

அன்புத் தோழர்களுக்கு வணக்கம் . கடந்த 09.07.2015 அன்று இரு மாதங்களுக்கு ஒரு முறையிலான பேட்டி மேற்கு மண்டல PMG அவர்களுடன் நடை பெற்றது. பேட்டியில் அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் மாநிலச் செயலர் தோழர். J .R ., மேற்கு மண்டலச் செயலர் தோழர். C . சஞ்சீவி ஆகிய இருவரும் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

இருமாதப் பேட்டியின் போது மேற்கு மண்டலத்தில் UPS BATTERY உள்ளிட்ட கணினி பயன்பாட்டு உபகரணங்களுக்கு AMC பெறாததால் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து விவாதித்ததில் இன்னும் 15 தினங்களுக்குள் TENDER FINALISE செய்யப்பட்டு இந்த பிரச்சினை தீர்க்கப் படும் என்று உறுதி அளிக்கப்பட்டது.

மேலும் மேட்டூர் அணைக்கட்டு, ஓமலூர் GENERATOR பழுது , ஊட்டி கோட்டத்தின் DEQUARTERISATION பிரச்சினை , DEPUTATIONIST பிரச்சினை, தர்மபுரி கோட்டத்தின் OVER TENURE பிரச்சினை , நாமக்கல் கோட்டத்தின் IRREGULAR ASSESSMENT OF VACANCIES பிரச்சினை, ஈரோடு கோட்டத்தின் RPLI HARASSMENT பிரச்சினை ,சேலம் மேற்கு கோட்டத்தின் HRA பிரச்சினை , GDSV பதவிகள் RESTORE செய்வது , கோவை கோட்ட STAFF QUARTERS ALLOTMENT , கோவை கோட்டத்தின் CMC BUS STAND PO வின் பணி நேரம் மாற்றவேண்டி உள்ளிட்ட பல பிரச்சினைகள் விவாதிக்கப் பட்டன. பெரும்பாலான பிரச்சினைகளில் தீர்வு அளிக்க PMG அவர்கள் உறுதி அளித்தார்கள் . இதன் MINUTES வந்தவுடன் நம் வலைத்தளத்தில் விபரமாக அறிந்துகொள்ளலாம்.

BMM முடிந்த பிறகு INFORMAL ஆக PMG அவர்களை சந்தித்தோம். உடன் தருமபுரி, கோபி, கோவை, கோவை PSD உள்ளிட்ட கோட்டங்களில் இருந்து வந்திருந்த நிர்வாகிகளுடன் கீழே காணும் கடிதங்களை அளித்து மேலும் பல பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து PMG அவர்களுடன் விவாதித்தோம். உடன் முன்னாள் பொதுச் செயலர் தோழர். N.S ., மாநில உதவித் தலைவர் தோழர். காந்தி உள்ளிட்ட நிர்வாகிகள் கலந்துகொண்டனர். சந்திப்பு சுமுகமாக நடைபெற்றது. அளிக்கப் பட்ட பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து உடன் நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து பிரச்சினை களின் தீர்வுக்கு ஆவன செய்வதாக PMG அவர்கள் உறுதி அளித்தார்கள். அளிக்கப்பட்ட கடிதங்களின் நகல்களை கீழே பார்க்கலாம்.

INFORMAL MEETING WITH RESPECTED PMG

Dear comrades,
                          Bi-monthly meeting of our AIPEU P3 union was held at our RO.In respect of our division the below three subjects were given and discussed with our PMG.

                         From staff side formal meeting was attended by our circle secretary Com.J.Ramamoorthi and Regional Secretary Com.C.Sanjeevi were participated.After the formal meeting from our division as a Divisional secretary myself and Asst.Secretary Com.M.Venkateshkumaran attended the informal meeting.

Discussed subjects.
1.OAs working in divisional office for more than 24 years.

                      As the information we got from the divisional head by RTI, we put this subject with the RTI copies that two OAs   is working in divisional office for more than 24 years which is against the RT guidelines and one post which is most sensitive post.Our circle Secretary also emphasised the issue and asked our PMG madam to issue proper orders.Our PMG madam also shocked in this issue and expressed dissatisfaction and gave assurance to shift them immediately.we hope positive results.

2.Buddireddipatti broad band issue:

                     In our division Buddireddipatti SO is having no proper net connectivity from the date of migration itself.We already took up the issue at divisional level and this was pending at RO .So we took this at RO level and expecting permanent solution soon.

3.Bommidi and B.Agraharam dequarterisation.

We explained our PMG madam that the quarters of the above two offices are unfit for dwelling and the two offices are managed by two women SPMs only.Our PMG madam informed that suitable action will be taken after getting report from the divisional head.We expect the subject will be settled soon.

Other common subjects.

      1.We informed that batteries in many offices are in condemned condition.Our PMG madam informed that the tender for the batteries will be opened on 27/07/2015 and new batteries will be supplied in August or in September.

       2.Our PMG madam also informed that the AMC for computer peripherals will be finalized soon.

Comrades we will hope our subjects will be settled soon.

We also thank our Circle Secretary and Regional Secretary for giving this opportunity .
