The following Subjects may kindly be
taken up for discussion in upcoming monthly meeting with Unsettled
Long-standing old subjects.
NEW SUBJECTS:
102/05-2016. Issuing of leave orders.
It is requested to issue leave
orders to all P3 staffs in our division to know their availability of leave.
103/05-2016.
Providing Canteen at Head Post Office.
It
is requested to provide a Canteen nearby compound wall (in front) for the
employees as well as public that they can have foodstuff at reasonable prices
so that which will be very beneficial for the employees and because of
providing canteen nearby compound wall the existing encroachment by the
vehicles in front of it will be wiped out and the place which appears
unpleasant at this instant will turn out to be flawless because of this.
104/05-2016. Providing Queue Manager at HO

It is
requested to provide a Queue manager at Dharmapuri HO before MPCM as well as
all other counters to avoid huge number of customers standing in front of the
counter.
105/05-2016. Proposals to be taken
for changing Systems in ‘B’ Class Offices
It is highly requested to take
proposals to Regional Office for replacing the available systems to Hi-level
configured systems in Class B Offices also for speedy process.

Supply of Computer Chairs
It
is requested to afford computer chairs to all ‘C’ Class Offices. Still from the
beginning no Computer Table & Computer Chair has been provided to such
offices.
107/05-2016. Union Office at
Divisional Level
One
extent (Room) may be kindly be allocated at Dharmapuri HO for the execution of
Union at Divisional level so as to facilitate our services to our union members
in a right way.
108/05-2016. Repairing Air Condition
at Server Room
It
is requested to repair air condition at server room which is not working for
the past three months and which is very needy for the server which should be
maintained for 24 X 7 Hours.

Changing Office Working Hours
It
is requested kindly to change the under mentioned SOs working hours as to sustain
our Office timings consistentlyand the timings will easily reach public for the
retrieving the entire services of our department.
