Sub: Target fixed to finacle offices-Reg:-
In our division 9 sub offices and 1 Ho are migrated to finacle. This software module is new to our staff.Due to
sify and finacle server problem it is very difficult to complete the day to day
work. While opening of new accounts In finacle each
and every account one CIF ID will be created and verified by the supervisor and then new account can be
opened .At present it took 15 to 20
minutes to open a single account. In present situation our CBS offices staff
leave offices around 8 to 9.They start
to give EOD after 7 pm only. But there is standing instruction to give the EOD
at 4.00pm by CPC.
The
SPMs of CBS migrated offices have fed the transaction at H.O as the finacle
software is not opening due to network problem .In this juncture it is very
difficult to open the new account besides regular transactions.
It
is learnt that in other divisions in our
region there is no target fixed to finacle offices .Hence it is requested our SPOs to free the CBS offices from the
Savings bank target.
