But in your division, it doesn't happen as per the above rules. The vigilance branch is holded for more no.of years by a single official. The officers too let it be continued till now. The operative officials are asked to submit explanations for committing even small kind of mistakes without considering their heavy work load in the change management scenario. But the violation in prolonged stay at a particular sensitive branches in divisional office is not visible to them. Hard workers keep on working hard and loosing HRA at quarters office. But being in a single branch without loosing HRA,heavy work load,customer challenging interaction experiencing luxurious lifestyle
