As a SPM and PA, day to day we are facing many issues but most of the SPM did not taken the issues to Administration knowledge as well as Union.I request you comrades Kindly intimate your issues to Administration through e-mail or written communication not by oral or phone message.In addition that send the copy to our Union also.I am sorry to say this comrades our Union did not entertain any issues that intimate through phone or oral .If the members communicate your issues through oral kindly confirm the issue through written or e-mail immediately . So comrades once again I request all members to communicate your issues through e-mail or written communication only.
