            Sub: Participating in the NFPE strike held on 26.03.2015.

             With reference to the above memo  ,I  submit that the said strike was called by the

 Co-Ordination committee  of 9 unions under NFPE in Tamilnadu Circle on specific charter of demands .Strike notice was served with the department properly in accordance with the provision of sub section (1) of section 22 of the Industrial Disputes Act ,1947.Being the strike notice served properly by the unions, and being the member of the union I have adhered the call given by them and taken part in the said strike ,which is a legal strike under Industrial Disputes Act,1947.This is my humble submission.
