The following
Subjects may kindly be discussed in the monthly meeting.
NEW SUBJECTS:
01/12-2016.Supply of Laser Printer to SOs
It is requested to
supply Laser Printers to Palacode SO, Harur SO, Marandahalli SO, Dpi
Collectorate SO, Pauparapatti SO and 02 Nos to Dharmapuri HO for taking
printout of LOT’s. The Printers already supplied are not in working condition.
02/12-2016. Supply of Batteries to DPI South
SO
It is requested to supply batteries to DPI South SO as
the batteries available already seemed to be ruined.
03/12-2016. Additional PA to CPC
It is requested to post
anotherPA permanently to CPC as the CPC nowadays having a lot of work load
which cannot be manage by single PAand also to avoid delay in work.
04/12-2016. Dequarterisation of Marandahalli
SO.
Marandahalli SO is
not having adequate space for living in the quarters. The Bathroom and the Living area are not
found in good condition. Most of the records are also kept in the quarter’s
area. Kindly it is requested to dequarterise the above said office on
humanitarian grounds.
05/12-2016. Eradication of Rats
It is requested to
take necessary steps to eradicate rats in Head Post Office Premises as there are
lots of records available such as PLI/RPLI Files which should be maintained for
a very long period and it causes damage to all Computer Peripherals.
06/12-2016. Providing Record Keeping Room to
CPC.
It is requested to
provide one Store Room and Racks to keep the PLI/RPLI files available at CPCwhich
is already found in a large quantityand to be maintained for a very long
period.
07/12-2016. Supply of Epson Printer to
Palacode SO.
It is highly
requested to supply one Epson printer immediately to Palacode SO, Annasagaram
SOwhich is very necessary for day to day transactions.
08/12-2016. Fake Note Detector & Counting
Machine.
It is requested to
provide Fake Note Detector & Counting Machine to the unsupplied SOs which
is very essential in the present scenario. Also it is requested to supply the
same one, which is already supplied by the respected SPOs, as the machines
seems to be in good working condition.
09/12-2016. Bunching of Pay.
As per VII Pay
Commission Para No 5.1.37 and OM No dated 01-16/2016-IC Department of
Expenditure, Pay drawn by two Govt. Servants in a given Pay Band and Grade pay
or Scale, where the higher pay is at least 3% more than the lower are covered
under this illusion. Kindly issue necessary orders to bunching their Pay.
