NEW SUBJECTS:
117/06-2016. Supplying of Computer Chairs to Barur SO
It is requested to provide 01computer
chair to Barur SO. It is also requested to give permission to repair the chairs
which are in bad condition.
118/06-2016.Supply
of Printer to Harur SO
It is requested to supply 01 Dot Matrix Printer to
Harur SO as the existing printers
are found to be ruined.

Memo of Distribution of Work (MS-11)
As
there are a lot of changes in the nature of the duties of the officials in the
present scenario, it is requested to order Postmaster to prepare Revised Memo
of Distribution of Work so that the work can be shared equally among the staff.
And also it is requested to order the Postmaster to share the duties evenly in
case of shortage of staff while doing temporary changes.
