The following Subjects may kindly be
taken up for discussion in upcoming monthly meeting with Unsettled Long-standing old
subjects.
NEW SUBJECTS:
92/04-2016. Shifting of Offices
It is requested to shift Menisi SO and Kambainallore SO
to a better building as the Office and the Quarters seems without any basic
facility.
93/04-2016.
Changing Mail timings for Nallampalli SO
The
present mail arrangement of BO in Nallampalli SO (I st Mail) may be changed
from 09.00 am to 10.00 am by cancelling the MMS arrangement – Bus No
TN-29-N-1867 and kindly make arrangement to send the mail at 10.00 am in TN-29-N-1993.
94/04-2016. Supplying
of New Pass Book printer, Epson Printer and Generator to Palacode SO:
It is requested to supply New Passbook
printer and Epson Printers to Palacode HO as the existing printers are found to
be ruined also it is requested to supply Generator to Palacode SO.
95/04-2016.
Repairing Ricoh Printer at Head Post Office
It is highly requested to replace or
repair the Ricoh printer available at Dpi HO as the printer is very much needy
in the present scenario and also it is requested to supply Printers to HO as no
printers found in HO premises even for taking consolidation at SB counters
regularly.
96/04-2016. Fake
Detecting Counting Machine
It is requested to provide Fake
Detecting Counting Machine to Head Post Office as well as to all Sub Offices
which founds very needy nowadays. Also it is requested to supply the same to
HPO immediately as a lot of problem arises without having the same.

Supply of New System to Harur SO
It is highly requested to supply one
system to Harur SO as the sanctioned staff strength is 1+7 but system available
is 1+6 only. Also it is requested to supply one Epson printer to Harur SO.
98/04-2016.
Supply of Batteries
It is requested to supply batteries
to Bommidi SO and immediately to Pauparapatti SO were already the life time of
both officer batteries were over.
99/04-2016. Shifting
of New Building
It is requested to shift Nallampalli SO to better
building as there is no sufficient space found separately for Office and
Quarters.

Fixing of Surveillance Camera
It is requested to fix surveillance
camera (HD Camera) at the entrance of Head Post Office, Back Side of Head Post
Office and Treasury for safety measures intention. Also it is needed to fix
Surveillance Camera in Harur SO and Palacode SO for the purpose of safety as
there is no chowkidhar present in Closed Hours.
It is requested to supply 32 GB
capacity Pen drive to SAs for updation and data storage purpose.
