Food Bill (for those who are applied)who is going under deputation to Sub
Offices instead of Paying DA.
83/11-2015.Union Office at Divisional
Level
One extent (Room) may be kindly be allotted at Dharmapuri HO for the execution
of Union at Divisional level so as to facilitate our services to our union
members in a right way.
84/11-2015.Supplying
of New Pass Book printer to Dharmapuri HO
It is requested to supply two New Passbook printer to Dharmapuri HO as the
existing printers are found to be ruined.
85/11-2015.Repairing
Ricoh Printer at Head Post Office
It
is highly requested to replace or repair the Ricoh printer available at Dpi HO
as the printer is very much needy in the present scenario.
86/11-2015.Replacing Computer Table at
Nallampalli SO
It is requested kindly
to supply one NewComputer Table at Nallampalli SO as the old one has been
entirely damaged.
87/11-2015. Changing BO Working Hours as
Continuous working Hours
It is requested kindly
to change the BOs working hours as continuous working hours From 10.00 to 13.00
at least in CBS offices for smooth functioning of offices and it is very much
necessity in the present scenario.
88/11-2015. Providing Shelter to
Chowkidar at Head Post Office.
It is requested to provide a Shelter at the entrance (nearby gate) for
Chowkidar as now it is rainy season so that he may be there vigilant and secure
in rainy days as well as in winter seasons.
89/11-2015. Two Wheelers inside the HO
premises.
It is kindly requested to stopover the strangers who are parking Two wheelers
in HO premises in any manner.
90/11-2015. Electrician at Dharmapuri HO.
It is highly requested
to appoint Electrician in regular or temporary basis as there are many problems
arises nowadaysin HO as well as SOs and to avoid the expenditure spent for
these kind of things which seems to be high nowadays.
91/11-2015. Batteries at Head post Office
and Harur Sub Office.
It is requested to
Change the Batteries available at Dharmapuri HO and Harur SO as the
batteries available already seemed to be ruined and the PCs available at HO and
SO automatically shut down while power failure due to non-working of UPS and
this will cause serious things in future such as backups, PCs life time and
half way finacle transactions.
92/11-2015 .One new landline
connection to CPC.
It is requested to
provide one new landline connection to CPC in order to set right the
discrepancies in time.
