                        Sub: Broadband Connectivity difficulty in Buddireddipatty SO – reg.

                        I wish to present few lines concerning poor Network Connectivity at Buddireddipatty Sub Post Office.

           

                                    This is on the subject of Sify Network problem in Buddireddipatty SO. This office was migrated to CBS on 01.12.2014. Prior to migration itself there is no appropriate broadband connectivity. This office was migrated to CBS without taking into consideration that internet connectivity is the heart of CBS. Even at this instant the problem is not yet settled. The SPM Buddireddipatty is very much suffered due to this problem and having mental agony. Every week at least 03 to 04 days he has to conclude the day’s transaction at Head Office and the EOD is being completed at 2100 hours only. Mostly after 1500 hours the broadband connectivity becomes unget. The Branch Office bags are received only after 1500 hours. Hence the SPM is facing much hurdle to complete the transaction within the time. There is also tower problem in BSNL connection in this area. The System Admin of this office had given report regarding non working of network connectivity to Divisional Office and it was already brought to the notice of SPOs.

                                    Hence it is requested to kindly look into the subject and to set right the issue taking up with superiors for uninterrupted  broad band connection and for smooth functioning of the Office.
