of the monthly meeting with NFPE P3 Union, Dharmapuri Divisional Branch held
on 25.11.14 at 1500 hours at Divisional
Office, Dharmapuri 636701 for the month of November
2014.

98. Shifting of B.Agraharam Sub Office into a better building .
B.Agraharam
sub office building is in bad
condition moreover it is in tiles building .There is no provision for
natural calls also and the subject is still pending for a very long time.So it may be kindly
take immediate effort to shift the office to a better
concrete
building .
Reply:- One offer received has been forwarded to the
IP, Dharmapuri west sub division on
11.11.14. IP, visited B.Agraharam on 21.11.14 and his report is awaited.

We will wait until the IP report.
99. Shifting of Bommidi sub offices into a
better building .
Bommidi sub office
building in damage condition and the cement in the concrete is often fell down from the
top.The building will be collapse
at any time so it may be kindly
shift the building into better concrete building.
Reply :- One offer received has already been forwarded
to the IP, Dharmapuri East sub
division on 29.10.14 and her report is awaited. Two more offers received have been forwarded to the IP,
Dharmapuri East sub division on
21.11.14.

report.
105. Supply of Mother Board.
Permission
may be approved for purchasing Motherboard at Dharmapuri Head Post Office.
Reply :- The reply from Postmaster, Dharmapuri HO for
the query raised by RO
is yet to be received.

109. Replacement of Batteries
It
is requested to replace the batteries in Indur SO and it is very essential as
the office is working under CBS.
Reply :- Proposal
submitted to RO on 06.06.14 and reminded through DO letter on 29.10.14.

We sent a request letter to our regional secretary in this regard to get
the permission for the proposal.(copy of the letter published in our blogspot
on 28/11/2014.)
110. Change of BO timings to continuous working
hours in CBS Offices .
The
BO timings of Bedrahallil BO, Dalavaihalli BO and Makkanur BO may please be
changed as continuous working hours so that BO bag will reach the CBS Office in the early hours for quick
process. In future it is essential that changes should be done to all BOs
regarding CBS.
Reply :- Report of
the IP, Dharmapuri west sub division will be called for.
Union Note:-
We except a favorable reply from our IP.We will take action to change the
BO timings for upcoming all CBS offices.
111. Increasing Bandwidth.
The
Bandwidth of Indur,Toppur and Panjapalli SOs
may be raised from 256Kbps to 01 Mbps and the bandwidth of HO may be
raised from 512Kbps to 2 Mbps and it is very indispensable for the process of
Core Banking Solutions.
Reply :- This will be
taken up with RO.

112. Supply of Portable UPS
Portable
(Transportable) UPS may be supplied to SOs for Server to avoid irregular shutdown
due to power failure in the office where UPS under repair.
Reply :- The UPSs in respect of 22 Pos are under AMC.
Proposals in respect of UPS of
other Pos are under process at RO. Further except 7 Pos, all the offices have already been supplied
with Generators. However this will
be examined.

the quotations and send it along with
the SA report .
113. Supply of Barcode Scanners
It
is requested to supply 01 barcode scanner each to Vennampatti SO and Dharmapuri
HO.
Reply :- Vennampatti- Supply since made on 20.11.14
Dharmapuri HO- No request letter received
so far.

114. Supply of Monitors
It
is requested to supply 01 monitor each to Pauparapatti SO and SBCO Branch of
Dharmapuri HO
Reply :- Supply will
be made from the condemned computers pooled at DO.

Our SPOs asked SA report
and 3 competitive quotation to purchase the new monitors .we except the favorable orders.
115. Filling of PA Post in Pappireddipatti SO
It
is requested to Post 1 PA in Pappireddipatti SO as the SO which is situated at
Taluk Headquarters with the strength of 1+1 containing 13 BOs under it.
Reply :- This will be considered. ( Item closed)

We will wait
for the new recruits or any officials
transfer from rule 38 .
116. Supply of Lights
The
Holding Board Light, Compound Lights and the lights at the backside of HO are
not working since for a long time. Necessary Steps may kindly be taken.
Reply :- PM has
directed to obtain and submit the revised quotations since present one submitted is too high.
Union Note:-
We asked the electrician to give the revised quotation.
117. Keeping Excess Staff at Divisional office
In
Divisional Office the staff strength may be utilized as per sanctioned strength
and excess staff may be reduced who are working in the name of deputation. In
our division shortage of 30 PAs are in existence and while the operative
offices are suffering like anything, over flowing of staff at divisional office
is causing such a concern among the employees. It is kindly requested to
distribute the shortage of staff evenly to all offices mainly at the divisional
office also.
Reply :- Actual shortage of PA cadre is 25. Shortage
of staff evenly distributed to all
offices. No excess staff at DO. The RPLI/PLI/BD branches are manned by 3 PAs on deputation as there are no norms fixed. The subject already discussed
and closed. ( Item closed)
118. Filling of PA Post in Dharmapuri
Collectorate SO & Kumarasamypet SO
It
is requested to depute 01 PA for each 15 days in Dharmapuri Collectorate SO and
Kumarasamypet SO.
Reply :- This will
be considered.
